The cylindrical Rotary screen is designed for versatile use, featuring multiple cages for material separation. Its robust construction includes a heavy-duty En8 shaft with bearings, while the main cage is made from sturdy flats and bars. Screens are crafted from spring steel or stainless steel for client-specific applications. Equipped with top cover and bottom discharge chute to minimize dust, this rotary screen finds wide application in minerals, agro-products, and stone industries.

HIGHLIGHTS:-

  • Design and manufacture of cylindrical Rotary screens.
  • As per client requirements, we offered multiple cages for material separation.
  • There is a heavy duty shaft made of En8 material, fitted with heavy duty bearings at both ends of the machine.
  • A heavy-duty flat and square bar structure makes up the main cage.
  • Screens are made from spring steel material with either MS or SS grades, depending on the application.
